 My name is Sue Massie, a mother of six children. This site was born out of a desire to help prevent or minimize the increasing number of diseases that we as a nation are experiencing today.
We have come into an age of high technology and science. But it is an unfortunate fact that the quality of our food has dramatically declinded over the last few decades. Stress levels are at their all time high and physical and mental disease entities are increasing at an alarming rate.
Nutrient supplementation and modification in lifestyle enhance our overall performance. The intensity of these effects can vary greatly from person to person and range from perceptible to a profound life transformation.
